“We loved this hotel! We were travelingin with our children, and this was our first hotel on the trip. Really cool vibe, room was really spacious, and loved the pullout couch for the kids so we could have our own space. Restaurant and bar was wonderful, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Location was great, we were a 10 minute walk from the harbor, and easy walking distance to squares, restaurants, and sites. And really loved the free parking in the garage under the property. “The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, as were the porters, especially Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing, so friendly and yet they work very hard. For that reason, I chose a 5 star rating. However, we did not find the breakfast staff particularly friendly, never a smile from the ladies who cleaned the tables. We would also suggest the hotel upgrade the hallway carpeting on the first floor. It would also have been nice to have another egg option……
