“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hébergement. Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine. Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.……

“So happy that I booked this place. It was a bit pricey compared to hotels near the marina area and main shopping/restaurant area but so worth it. The interior is beautiful and so secluded that it gave resort vibes. I had the twin room and it was like a little apartment with a huge bed, windows, clean bathroom and alot of walkable space. The amenities were lovely such as the pool and areas to sit and relax. Dinner at Musa was a great introduction to Azorean cuisine. Breakfast had a wide selection……

“Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Ponta Delgada y cerca del aeropuerto (el taxi bolt desde el aeropuerto costó 6 euros). Alojamiento ideal si haces 1 noche y tienes un vuelo pronto al día siguiente. Lavabo compartido pero es algo que ya sabíamos y tanto ahí como en la habitación estaba todo limpio. No esperes grandes lujos pero la relación calidad/precio es buena. La atención desde el personal de recepción ha sido exquisito, tanto por la tarde como por la noche, nos gestionan el desayuno para……

“Une expérience parfaite de A à Z au sein de l’établissement Lusitano. Un accueil très chaleureux, avec une mention toute particulière pour Romeu T. pour son incroyable gentillesse et ses conseils. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité avec des produits variés et locaux, la chambre très confortable avec un équipement idéal pour pouvoir manger sur place au besoin. Et pour les amoureux de chevaux, ce grand plus d’avoir un centre équestre au sein de l’établissement dont notre enfant a pu profiter et……

“Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean.”
