“This was the perfect location for our family of 6. The house is walking distance to everything in downtown Ponta Delgada but so quiet and relaxing. “The apartment is nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay but is very bare bones. It has a partially obstructed view of the harbor from the terrace and main room. The bathroom is very small. It is well located to explore the city on foot and easy to the main road for exploring the island. There are stairs and the lift takes you up but there are still 4 stairs if you have limited mobility or large suitcases this could be an issue. The parking is very tight in the garage, very tight.……

“The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere.
