“I found it somewhat hidden to find but too difficult. Joao was amazing to speak with. Always pleasant, patient and kind. Extremely helpful with all my questions. The cleaning staff came in half way through oour visit, which was nice to see. Giving us fresh towels and new bedding. The ladies were incredibly efficient. The house was clean and spacious. Bedrooms in the lower half was different from what we’re accustomed to. The walking up and down the steps, kept us in shape and helped……

“Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment with a huge balcony. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Kitchen area was well equipped. Seats at island were too low to be useable. Area in track between 2 glass doors in shower exhibited some black mold. Other than that the apartment was perfect. Could have used some racks for the luggage, but we managed. The wet area of the hotel was very nice. The pool was a great temperature and very clean and refreshing. ……
