“We loved our stay here - a one night get away from our 2 year old who we left with the grandparents. Though once we arrived I had wished he was with us, as there was such an incredible kids program on offer. Even though the place is clearly very kid/family friendly, it still has a beautiful inviting grown up feel, definitely something for everyone. The food was good, the indoor pool lovely, the grounds are peaceful. We'd consider coming back for a proper family holiday in the future.”

“Very cosy and spacious country manor turned into a hotel. Wonderful common areas to sit around and watch TV or read a book. The cook provided breakfast and the manager on site was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property’s history.”

“Negatives: there was room for only one suitcase. Not two. Had to put them on the floor. And no place to put clothing. There was no fridge. Bedside table was teeny… about size of an 8.5x11 inch piece of paper. Room for hotel phone and if I was careful my water bottle. Positives: It’s new and exceptionally clean and very good value. The included breakfast was very adequate and offered a fair variety . ”

“What an amazing place. The room was wonderful, spacious, well-appointed. The service was friendly with lots of nice touches such as a delicious continental breakfast which is delivered to the room after you pick what is in it. Our room had an absolutely lovely patio as well. Very centrally located, right behind the cathedral in the Moorish neighborhood. Highly recommended. ”
