“What an amazing place, and a really fantastic team, too. From the welcome at reception to everyone we interacted with in the bar and restaurant, the people running the place were the stars of the show, even with such a stunning location, great pool and wonderful rooms. The restaurant menu is terrific - heavy because it really represents the Alentejo and that rich, country cuisine, but beautifully presented and delicious in every example we tried. “Exceptional hotel beautifully located in nature. Modern facility which provides great insight into local culture and cuisine. A great base for exploring Alentejo. Great food at the restaurant with meals rooted in local dishes. Nice spa facilities. Although there are not enough superlatives to describe the place, the real gem here is the staff.
