“The setting of this property outside of Estremoz is bucolic chic, and Walter, the host, was extremely gracious. My stay happened to be the day of the recent power outage in Portugal, Spain, France and other areas of Europe. Not having power was of no consequence however; it only added to the charm of being in the countryside. Walter was a pleasure to talk with, and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and had a nice private outdoor terrace next to the pool.……

“A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces. ”

“Excellent accueil et lieu magnifique. Le restaurant est bon et le petit dejeuner sympathique. Juste un bémol au restaurant, ils nous ont posé une sorte de petite assiette avec olive pain & paté sans préciser que c'était facturé Nous aurions préféré être au courant, je trouve ça moyen. “Honestly, we expected the hotel to be good, but it actually surpassed our expectations in pretty much every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, but never fussy. We were able to just switch off and relax, but there was always someone around when we needed them. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic and the wine from the vineyard was terrific. We did the premium wine tasting of three of the wines and tried three others with meals and……
