“Honestly, we expected the hotel to be good, but it actually surpassed our expectations in pretty much every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, but never fussy. We were able to just switch off and relax, but there was always someone around when we needed them. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic and the wine from the vineyard was terrific. “Great location and hotel! It’s a little older, but very charming. The staff person was wonderful, and the area is incredible! We parked right outside the beginning of the town, as driving on the narrow streets didn’t feel worth the short-ish walk to get there. ”

“The rooms are in a modern build anex and are comfortable, clean and very pleasant. My room and many rooms have a small balcony, air conditioning and great space. We were able to park our motorbikes right next to reception, it felt safe. Breakfast was good and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance by the river ( I think it’s owned by the same people). Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet town but has a good supermarket. Overall this was a very nice stopover and I’d gladly……
