“Everything was well kept and the property was nice. There were several options for breakfast. The room was fairly clean but there was some sticky stuff on the table and floor that hadn’t gotten cleaned up. Otherwise it was a nice stay.”

“A lovely unique hotel with delightful service. We were staying there during the blackout and the staff put together food and brought in to all the rooms along with candles and battery lamps. The staff worked so hard to make us comfortable and kept us updated on the power outage. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Would stay there again and again. ”

There’s a nice cozy living room with an honesty self service bar. The only inconvenience is that the reception is not located at the property. Instead it is at the Convento da Espinhosa, some 300 meter drive from the property. There is no instruction to go to this place for check in at the Hotels.com website. The……
