“Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

“Just returned from 8 days at the hotel with my wife and two older teenagers. The hotel was excellent all round. The location was picture postcard stuff, the rooms spacious, comfortable and quiet. “This hotel is a true gem and I am beyond glad, I found it! It's located on the opposite side of Lisbon, outside of the hustle of the city, yet only a quick Uber ride away. The location is absolutely perfect for everybody searching for a peaceful hideaway. The river view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset! “We stayed in the large family room (301) and it was perfect! Large, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. A/c was very powerful too. We walked from the airport and were in the pool not even 40 minutes after landing! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!”
