“This hotel is a proper find! A lovely, peaceful oasis, filled with a myriad of beautiful plants and trees. Everywhere you look are interesting objects and bric a brac, all collected by the owner. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of offerings and scrambled eggs on request. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, even though we turned up late. N.B. The only negative - no fault of the hotel - the address given on the Expedia site is wrong! It takes you to a private house about……

“Very nice place especially during hot summer days! The swimming pool has a bit too much chlorine so better to use goggles. Also everyone needs a swimming cap! Even babies. The restaurant, the staff, the surroundings and the playroom with an A/C give this hotel a big plus! ”

“Wonderful surprise! The hotel is beautiful, smells nice and is tastefully decorated. Our room is next to the pool and has a great view of the lake in front. I would love to stay here another time. ”

“Sitio super tranquilo para descansar, cama super grande y cómoda, aparcas al lado Si vas de camino hacia Lisboa lo tienes en la misma mano del área de servicio si vas al contrario llamalos, desde al pueblo de al lado tienen una entrada sin necesidad de hacerlo por la autopista, eso sí, tienes que entrar y salir por ella”

“Very well appointed inside, room was clean and very comfortable. Grounds are a nice size and comfortable to walk around. No having to go out to the street and deal with reaffic. Really enjoyed the pool area also; not a primary reason for staying, we found it a great place to relax. Breakfast was a treat as well. ”
