“Third stage of our stay in Portugal and an excellent place to finish. Évora is just the right size to explore. The apartment is bright, roomy and airy with a great large terrace/balcony. Hugo, the owner, greeted us on arrival, showed us around and was very helpful. We were comfortable there. Small mini market and lovely friendly restaurant just round the corner. Worth a visit to nearby Arraiolos, home of famous stitched carpets.”

“This was a beautiful spot to stay. Short distance to many sites to see as well as shops, cafes and restaurants!! Only issue was that it was VERY hot as NO air condition! Had 2 very uncomfortable sleepless nights as weather was in high 90’s and open windows did not help!! If you plan to stay at this place during the summer, be sure to bring a fan!”

“Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The hosts were gracious with their time and offered many recommendations and were just the sweetest and most charming hosts. The place was very roomy with a kitchen and a washer and a spacious (and very air-conditioned) bedroom. The apartment is right in the heart of the city so my husband and I were able to see so much in our short stay. And I cannot say enough about our hosts. They welcomed us and showed us around and gave us wine and the best……

“Luisa was a wonderful host. She met us in paraca de Giraldo and made it easy for us to park our car in her garage, which was few minutes walk away from the apartment. The apartment in a medieval building was beautifully renovated, very clean and comfortable. She kindly showed us around, treated us with a very tasty white wine, cheese and bread and gave us all the great tips to experience the beautiful city. We had a great time and love to stay again if we come back to Portugal.”
