“Excellent hotel. The staff are excellent, thank you Sofia for all of your help. The rooms are impeccable. I would strongly recommend eating at the in house restaurant. The 2 star Michelin Chef is great. The hotel went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday while we were there. The hotel is located close to just about everything. I would also highly recommend visiting the Porcelain & Ceramic Museum in Vista Allegre. It is a 10 minute cab ride away”

“The room is large, the bathroom facilities are good, with good water pressure shower head. If there is refrigerator inside the room, that will be wonderful. The hotel is very close to tourist spots. ”

“The front desk employees were absolutely terrific, very helpfull and would make reservatios, help us find good local resturants, help with the computer , nothing was too much when helping us out. The property is ten minutes walk from downtown along the beautiful canals and parks. Discounts for local attractions. The room was cleaned perfectly daily, large and very comfortable. Two things I would skip is breakfast, not quality enough,poor coffee and the bar, no wine , unstaffed and poorly stoked……

“I cannot express my gratitude to this hotel and their staff. Especially the manager. We arrived the day of the blackout and even they had no electricity they managed to have a plan to let us check in. They went above and beyond. Breakfast amazing!!! You will not go wrong staying here. Very walkable. ”

“是酒店里的hostel,所以总体硬件环境还不错，但是有一个最大的问题，上铺和下铺摇晃的非常严重，是床的问题。尤其上铺，不仅安全护栏比一般床矮，而且上下时，在严重晃动，翻个身上下床就地动山摇。如果上铺不住人，其他都很满意。火车站走十分钟平路，有吹风机洗浴用品，干净。但是床是非常少见的晃动。”
