“Overall my stay was good, but I believe we mislead about the elevator at the property. The lift was working and it wasn’t working and I believe it wasn’t working before I booked the apartment. I/we had to climb 4 flights of stairs each time we entered the unit. After a few attempts to resolve the issue, the property manager became non-responsive.
