“This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.”

“This was an ideal base for exploring Rocky Mountain national park. We woke up every morning to beautiful views and came back to our perfectly furnished studio with everything we needed. Between the mini fridge, microwave and hot plate we were able to eat many of our meals right there sitting on the patio furniture enjoying the view. Although the location is remote it is not too far from dinner at the inn on glen haven or cinnamon rolls or ice cream from the glen haven general store. The owner……
