Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the……

“Almost all windows were unlocked, including to bedrooms, didn’t discover until trip was over. Shower had fair amount of hair at drain and elsewhere. No toaster or hairdryer. Otherwise was a nice new house. Neighborhood seemed safe. Last night there the neighbors were having a loud party most of the evening, though. No easy access to transportation, Uber worked pretty well. ”

“The house is quiet and peaceful. Amazing for the price. Host respected privacy. I would recommend an actual mattress (not a futon) in master bedroom. Also doors do not stay open so I would recommend door stops. ”

“Jordan was great to communicate with. Very accommodating. Instructions were well laid out. Condo was great! Everything was clean and ready for us. Beds and couch very comfortable! Kids loved the popcorn maker and the games. We didn’t get to hang out on the roof like we had hoped but loved having the option. Would definitely stay here again! ”
