“Everyone was efficient and pleasant. We like having the Bistro right in the Hotel. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.”

“We had to change room twice due to destroyed furniture and bugs. The receptionist and service manager weren't apologetic. However, the hotel manager was very apologetic and cooperative. He gave us a 1 night refund and free breakfast.”

“酒店机场班车是和其他六间酒店共用。在机场前两辆都没挤上去，第三辆才坐上，已经站了快一个小时。第二天跟前台咨询好去机场的班车时间，结果到点不见车，说五分钟之前走了，又等了二十分钟，体验极差。早餐不好，房间也不安静。不推荐。”

“The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. ”

“I fully paid for a night through 3rd party but no room served when check in. So, asked me to go other place and refund. It is no choice. Finally, the refund is declined and no any response when I try to contact again. ”
