“The property has a covered porch where my bff and I spent each morning sitting with coffee, watching the early fisher persons, geese, ducks and beautiful scenery. The living quarters were just what we needed with fun snacks and coffee provided upon check in. We ate our breakfast, headed out for the day, and then fell into very comfy beds with nice linens for a restful sleep. Rinse and repeat. The perfect getaway! ”

“Modern remodeled basement unit. Listing was accurate, owners were very friendly and helpful, great young family. Location is super convenient to many local attractions and downtown Manitou. We had plenty of room and all the normal amenities and things you would expect, especially in the kitchen/bathroom. Very clean and fresh upon arrival, we had a great time here. 1 Con: The owners live above, there is a lot of noise from upstairs. It's just normal family activity, but be aware some days……

“It is a nice basement suite with plenty of room for the whole family. Might be tricky for those with mobility issues, low ceilings have to crawl in master bed but we did just fine. In a very nice part of town. Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are less than 10 mins away. Everything was very clean and well adorned. Very nice kitchen that allowed us to eat in and save a few bucks with a family of 5. The host was readily available via text and even spoke with her as we left one evening.……

“This was a nice affordable place for two people to stay. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. The kitchen and dining table area were perfect. If we had any issuesqe were able to call and get them fixed right away. We would highly recommend this olace to stay.”

“The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is……

“We were looking for a place near Pikes Peak and local attractions. This small cozy and beautiful home was centrally located. It was situated behind the hosts home. We had our own private drive with a little outdoor patio area. Inside looked to be newly remodeled with updated appliances and new furniture. So clean and immaculate inside. We were highly impressed! If we decide to come back to this area, we will definitely stay again!”

“For the price the property its really nice mainly for its location. The property itself is functional so no complaints there but maybe im a simple man ”

“Cute and spacious! Just what we were looking for. On the downside… hot! No A/C and temp was in the 90’s. Windows didn’t have screens and there weren’t enough fans to keep the air moving. ”
