“No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. “The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is……

“My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean. ”

“upon arriving, we had a bit of difficulty trying to get inside for a good 15 minutes but we called the host (answered our phone call despite it being 2am) and he was able to get us inside! once we were able to get settled into the place, it was very clean and tidy!! kitchen has everything you need, all your bathroom essentials and even a washer/dryer! we didn’t get to use the hot tub since we were busy with other plans but i’m sure it would’ve been very nice as well! ”

“Really enjoyed this unique property, and the communication was great. The arcade and outside area were awesome for our family. If there is anything I wish I had known at all, it's that the floors creak a bit and there are other units connected. Our kids woke up early, and I think we disturbed our neighbors despite our very best efforts to stay quiet, which can be stressful as parents when trying to relax. Everyone was very accommodating though - just something to think about depending on where……
