“The staff was friendly and the property was clean. The location was close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast and lobby area was very small and consisted of one table for eating, though there were trays available for taking food back to the room. “The staff was excellent! They were very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Kyla was very sweet and always answered any questions that I had. “Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”

“The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout. ”
