“Dustin was super responsive and very attentive. The home was exactly as it was listed and was super clean! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was close to the activities that we were wanting to do. About 15 minutes away from Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and Manitou Springs. If we ever visit Colorado Springs again, we will check if Dirt Bag Cavern is available :) ”

We were passing through town and wanted a centrally located place close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak — and this home was absolutely ideal.From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies and beautiful fresh flowers throughout the home — such a thoughtful touch! “This is a very nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood. It backs up to an open space so there are no houses behind it. There are grocery stores and retail within a few miles. We could hear a Great Horned Owl hooting at night and one afternoon a flock of turkeys came up to the patio door. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting relatives. The owner is very responsive.”

“My husband and I stayed at Teresa's house for four nights and really appreciated all of amenities she had there for our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was very comfortable. We like to cook our own meals and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Sadly we didn't have time to use the backyard so can't comment on that. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Colorado Springs! ”
