“This place is a perfect location for you and your family to experience the country life out west. It has everything you would expect from a country setting. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal or warm up leftovers. The hot tub was a nice bonus. But the best part was the view of the mountains and the gorgeous horses in the neighboring field. The horses would come to the fence and look at us, and we would spend hours watching them. “Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running……

“This property is very unique and beautiful. It was just myself and my husband and we had more than enough room. This house reminded me of the Home Anole movie. It has some very unique and historic features that are really interesting. We really enjoyed playing the Bally Spinner game. The only thing I would suggest is to get new shower heads. When you are on vacation, you want a luxurious shower with great water power. ”

“We were meeting family in the area and chose cozy creekside, and we are very happy with that decision. The cottage is very well appointed, perfect for a single or couple. The location is great for the attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods. Good Shower, Jacuzzi tub ( did not use tub) Comfortable bed, Fireplace (too warm to use) Roku TV (note to owner I think adding an antenna would be nice for local news and weather) Outdoors had seating, table, grill. “Our whole family loved the lazy cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed plus some extras like candy treats, snacks, games. It is a tiny space and we were a little tight with 2 adults, a 4 yr old and a 7 month old but the location is six convenient we didn’t spend a ton of time there during the day. Would totally recommend!!”

“The house is very nice, updated and in a great neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. My only suggestion is to put up drapes or blinds in the basement bedroom. ”
