“All of our needs were met. The property had the perfect amount of space and beds for our family for a weekend in the springs. The hot tub is nice, the deck scenic and the interior modern and clean. There is a grocery within minutes and the Korean restaurant nearby is amazing!! The home is about 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, a short drive in view of the lovely mountains. Emily was responsive to our needs! We recommend this place. ”

“This is a cozy, comfortable older house---very clean, bright, roomy, and nicely furnished. Our group of 5 (my wife and I, teenage son and grown daughters) stayed here for most of a week. Kitchen is well-equiped and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill and hot tub. It was a great location from which to launch day trips to Pikes Peak, The Royale Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. The big TV and comfortable living room were nice for winding down after the day's adventures, and the front porch was……

Seeing the stars at night was fantastic! The neighborhood was a little rundown so the home felt out of place. The home was very clean and it was very easy to communicate it the management.”
