“Everything was as expected. Great home. Lots of room. Everything you need for a wonderful trip. The online posting says smoking in designated areas. After booking we found out it was for marijuana only. No tobacco. Glad we aren’t tobacco smokers but the listing should be more clear. Other than that everything else is perfect and I would stay again. ”

“It was nice that my guests had their own private rooms but then we had the hall and patio to gather. The views are amazing. There was even wildlife (bear, deer) that we got to see from our balcony. I hosted my micro wedding reception there and Shelby and Rick were the best at making my vision come to life. The dining hall and patio needed some love so with the help of a couple of handy men and my whole wedding party we got everything cleaned up. We had to wipe down chairs, sweep, wash counters……

“Stayed here with our two boys ages 11 and 14 for their Spring Break. Property was just as advertised, 30 mins from Colorado Springs and minutes away from great hiking, Manitou Springs, grocery stores, etc. The home itself had ample room and was well equipped with everything we needed. We love this part of Colorado and this home was in the midst of it all and we had a wonderful time and this place was great to come home to everyday.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Sparrow. The unit was clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for our stay. We drank coffee on the deck in the mornings and watched birds and deer and enjoyed the awesome view. The place is in town with neighbors nearby and is on a narrow unpaved road, but we didn’t have any issues. We would stay here again!”

“After the disaster of our stay in Denver we were very pleased to find a clean, updated, quiet and safe hotel. We had initially reserved 1 night but decided to stay a second night. The hot breakfast was very good with options of omelets, potatoes breakfast meats as well as fresh fruits and yogurts etc. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and updated.
