“The space was very clean and updated. I loved that there was a full sized fridge with a freezer. We were able to store our frozen items! The recliners were comfortable beyond belief!”

We love this part of Colorado and this home was in the midst of it all and we had a wonderful time and this place was great to come home to everyday.”

“Erin, our host was a delight to communicate with for ideas and quick to respond to any questions. Moonrise Cottage is the perfect location to all things around Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The people were very friendly in Green Mountain Falls. Across the street are two good restaurants: The Pantry for breakfast and lunch; Cantina Verde for dinner. Three retired teachers felt safe and enjoyed our visit to Colorado. P. S. Take the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak, Adventures Out West……

“This property is a gem set in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I loved staying here and would definitely stay again. I was traveling solo and this was a perfect landing pad after a day out and about. The area felt safe and the location was fantastic with an easy 20 min drive to Colorado Springs or a 10 min drive to Woodland Park. All of the essentials are provided - I ate out most days, but there is a full fridge to store leftovers and snacks, a microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, etc. I……

“Property was just what we were looking for! Owner was there when we arrived doing some Christmas prep. He was always on top of it when we reached out to him. Near enough to all the activities we were wanting to do. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful view from top story of a house built into a hillside. There are houses below and some power lines, but that didn’t detract for us. Easy access to town. Very clean. Bed was comfortable, though I had to sidle in maybe a foot of floor space between bed and closet. Sofa and table bench were uncomfortable. Shower is separate from toilet/sink, across the entry hallway.”
