We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. ……

“Close to everywhere I wanted to go. I could easily walk to the downtown and to trail heads. Garden of the Gods was 1 mile away. I really enjoyed my stay and it met my needs.”

“The place was such a nice, quiet getaway with nearby trails. It was centrally located to lots of good places to eat and activities. The hot tub was a great feature to have after longs hikes. We spent the evenings on the porch playing darts or sitting on the swing.”

“Loved this cottage! My wife and I stayed two nights. The cottage is well equipped, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location is also ideal, being just a 5 minute easy drive to historic Old Colorado for dining and shopping. Check-in and out was easy and the hosts were extremely responsive. Thunderstorms were forecasted during our check-in time but Beth contacted us to say the cottage was clean and we could check-in early. Much appreciated! We will definitely rent from Beth and John……
