“We absolutely ADORED staying at this cottage. We went for Spring Break and it was perfect. . We enjoyed relaxing at the cottage, eating wonderful food in town, and enjoying the scenery. The location of the cottage is perfect. It's just 10 minutes away from Colorado Springs which was so convenient. The hot tub and shower were amazing. We loved reading by the creek. We plan on visiting again soon! The property manager was the nicest ever, too!”

“Everything was exactly as shown, perfectly clean. The location is top tier and gorgeous, everything worked as it should have without issue. “This property is just plain fun in a very friendly town and neighborhood. We started out our stay at SunSpa prior to check in and the process was perfect and quick. The property is well appointed and very comfortable for a night in watching a movie, updting emails, ertc. lsharing ”

“My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! ”
