“Fine little house for a short stay. It does appear to be a work in progress. There are little things that could use attention for aesthetic purposes (missing cover on oven-top fan where debris accumulated, gaps in unfinished cabinets, places in bathroom flooring where underboard exposed - nothing major, just little details that would make this home go from visually good to great). Washing machine did not work and we were counting on it before we headed up into the mountains for a week. Prior……

“We absolutely loved the Red Rock Roost! The tiny home charm was exactly what we were looking for and the rental was so close to mountain views and activities! Very clean, accommodating and affordable. Communication with the host was very fast and easy. The only thing we had issues with were the shower curtain and queen-sized bed. Shower curtain had a little trouble keeping water in the shower, but the host provided ample enough towels for us to keep it dry. The washer/dryer provided also helped……

“We loved the location. It was well stocked with basic essentials. We stayed there with our three kids. Games and toys were available for them to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay there! ”

“This little cabin ended up being perfect. It was clean,offered a kitchen area with all needed. Dogs were welcomed and enjoyed areas to enjoy. Only issues were we scheduled a larger unit and had to be given a smaller..which the bed was only a full... Made it work and ended up loving the whole trip!”

“Great location to check out Colorado Springs. House was clean. Walked from house to Open Space and was able to watch 4rh of July fireworks from all over CS and beyond. Son complained about low ceilings downstairs (but that's what he gets for being 6'1). Enjoyed our stay here. ”

“This house was perfect for our family of six! Plenty of space for my four sons to chill and relax in the lower level while my husband and I enjoyed the peace, quiet, and views on the outside deck.It was a great location to go visit all the must-sees, like Pike’s Peak, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods! Also quick access to Woodland Park for groceries (like a bottle of wine while enjoying the scenery on the deck). I absolutely recommend this!”
