“Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this charming VRBO. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and also gave us our space. This is a unique place in that there are two small units near to each other. They are not large, but they are well-appointed and we appreciated the modern styling and the lack of trite "Live, Love, Laugh" signage that besets many vacation rentals these days. The rental is in a quiet part of town, near trails and just a short drive to amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and will……

“I'll start by saying i should have been more aware of the location. We just didn't expect it to be twelve miles from Black Hawk, the last few miles on gravel. That's great if that's what you're looking for. But the pictures don't show the busy highway 150 yards from the patio. There were nonstop trucks hauling up and down the steep hill, you can imagine the noise. They also don't show the neighbor across the way with the bright outdoor lights on 24x7, no star watching.
