“We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! The view was beautiful, and the cozy decor made it feel like a true mountain retreat. The main bedroom and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.We really appreciated the clear communication, both through VRBO and the helpful notes in the cabin. The snacks and bottled water were such a thoughtful gesture. Best of all, the location was incredibly convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, which made exploring……

“Mitchell and Jodi are consummate hosts! They both have an incredible energy and made us feel welcome immediately. The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. Our hosts had plenty of recommendations and they were so spot on with the restaurants and activities. The pups’ were……

“This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”
