“Such a cute, cozy, comfy place! ”

“The Bradley Boulder Inn was a fabulous place to stay for our first visit to Boulder, CO. It is located in the heart of the downtown area, walkable to EVERYTHING...restaurants, boutique shops, Patagonia, and lots of other outdoor related shops. The Bradley is clean and welcoming. Morning breakfasts, tea/coffee service all day and evening wine...makes the stay quite enjoyable and friendly. The downstairs gathering area has ample comfortable seating, a large cozy fireplace which had a lovely……

“Very quiet, comfortable and cozy warm with the heated floors. Plenty of trails to walk and not too far from downtown Estes. Our suite, Meadow Bright, was beautiful. Double sided fireplace on bedroom side and soaking bubble tub with rock wall on the other side. Breakfast was delicious, and daily snacks were yummy. The property overseer was awesome from check in and breakfast to check out. If you need a place to rest and rejuvenate this is it!”

“This property is perfection. It accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We sat at the patio table every morning drinking our coffee and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and mountains and in the evenings, watched the elk take a swim in the lake. Upon arrival, we met the hosts and they are truly kind and genuine people. I felt right at home and can’t think of……

“Staying with Wendy & Tim is a delight - the suite adjoining their house is quaint and comfy and exactly the right amount of space for folks looking for a home base for mountain adventures. The space is private, but your hosts are so wonderful you’re gonna want to meet them and chat a bit. They were very gracious and welcoming and provided a host of little amenities that saved us time grabbing coffee/cream etc. looking forward to visiting again!”

“My fiance and I went and stayed up there and had a wonderful time The Innkeeper was just amazing to us she tended to our every need she had breakfast and a nice fresh pot of coffee ready for us in the morning she was a sweet woman to deal with the bed and breakfast was clean it was comfortable it had all the accommodations that we paid for we just enjoyed ourselves from the moment we got there until we left good we're planning on going back up there as soon as we can to stay again.”
