“The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water ”

“The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. ”

“We love Estes Park! This cabin was very close to town and was quiet. It does have some charm to it. There is a thermostat that is loose on the wall, no smoke detector in the master bedroom, some loose handles in the bathroom, and there was a ton of lint in the dryer filter, and when we did laundry, the water backed up into the tub, and the holder for the shower head is broken. Also, the up stairs bedroom is not for and adult, I hit my head 7 times. LOL Non of this however is a deal breaker. The……

“Overall, the house was in a great location in Estes Park. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for bigger parties including activity/game space in garage. Downsides: Carpeting is old and stained, blinds are broken in various rooms emitting morning light, bed in master is sagging and pillows could be updated. ”

“We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owners have a binder with useful information, restaurants, trails & anything else you would need. ”

“The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the gas fireplace made it very cozy. What was especially great was the distance to the RMNP entrance, which was just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road. That was very handy for our early timed entrance tickets. The only complaint we had was the mattress had a divot in the middle and could use to be updated. I could see if you have a bad back this wouldn't be a great bed for you, but it was do-able for us. Thank you for a great stay!”
