“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—within a short walk of downtown Boulder, with all its great restaurants, shops, and trails (even though we didn’t walk, it was that close!). It was also an easy drive to both Rocky Mountain National Park and the Brainard Lake area, making it a great home base for outdoor adventures. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. It was well stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in really……

The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. Our hosts had plenty of recommendations and they were so spot on with the restaurants and activities. The pups’ were……

“Although small, this little house was so well laid out and supplied that we were comfortable and happy. Excellent communication with property manager and close proximity to cute coffee shops, restaurants and walking trails. Louisville is such a fun place ! ”

“This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”

“This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. ”
