“The upstairs bedrooms were too hot, and the window to one of the bedrooms was sealed and would not open. Unfortunately, these bedrooms are going to be super-hot in the summertime with no air conditioning circulating upstairs. The weeds in the yard were four feet high, and the place needed some landscaping care. Dirt roads for the last two miles, and your car will be covered in fine dust. Not a good experience with this place. ”

“We chose Estes Park area and RMNP last year for our annual family trip. The home is positioned in an area where its short drive and close enough to both RMNP and suburbs; makes it very convenient to see Estes Park, RMNP, and go get forgotten items if needed. Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay there. Cleanlieness, the game room, seperate living areas, and the patio seating was excellent. “This cabin was amazing. Right next to a mountain stream. Extremely comfortable bed and everything you need to relax and get away from the daily grind. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Just a wonderful place to spend in comfort. ”

“Since we rented two cabins, I guess I get two opportunities to say how great our stay was. If you didn't see my other review, read it. It basically said that we had a great time, especially by the river. The property is quiet and peaceful. The Hosts are great, very attentive, but you hardly know they are there. We loved playing cornhole and going for walks on the road. My preteen especially enjoyed climbing the rocks. There is no cell service, but the wifi is strong through the property. We will……

“My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. ”
