“Cozy cabin with all you need and sitting by river was so prett”

“The upstairs bedrooms were too hot, and the window to one of the bedrooms was sealed and would not open. Unfortunately, these bedrooms are going to be super-hot in the summertime with no air conditioning circulating upstairs. The weeds in the yard were four feet high, and the place needed some landscaping care. Dirt roads for the last two miles, and your car will be covered in fine dust. Not a good experience with this place. ”

“The cabin was beautiful with little touches that were surprising and pleasing. The property was beyond compare with abundant wildflowers, birds and wildlife (even moose)! Close to Estes Park and trails in RMNP.”

“Since we rented two cabins, I guess I get two opportunities to say how great our stay was. If you didn't see my other review, read it. It basically said that we had a great time, especially by the river. The property is quiet and peaceful. The Hosts are great, very attentive, but you hardly know they are there. We loved playing cornhole and going for walks on the road. My preteen especially enjoyed climbing the rocks. There is no cell service, but the wifi is strong through the property. We will……

“My Wife and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Amazing location with lots of beautiful views and lots of wildlife to see. The house feels very remote, peaceful and very relaxing. The house is very well organized and has everything you might need during your stay. The Host/Homeowner (Rob) is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He really wants you to enjoy the area and your stay. I highly recommend staying here and my wife and I will definitely return ッ ”

“My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. ”
