“I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!”

“This was a great house. There was a lot of space. The location was perfect for what I needed. The Owner was easily available. The house had everything I needed and more. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I will use this place in the future.”

“This home is beautiful and spacious with a large kitchen with many amenities and even good knives that was great for cooking for the group. There is plenty of space for a large family and ample and comfortable furniture and beds. The basement is large and ping pong and foosball tables were a hit. Huge screen for movies. Many staples and spices, and bath products were left for use.Location is convenient for hiking and views of the mountains. Our two concerns were that Devin did not have back up……

“The location was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was large enough for 4 adults to have breakfast together.The only improvement I could recommend is adding a railing to the back porch steps. One member of our group is very unsteady on their feet and a railing would have been useful.”

“Stayed 5 nights for a wedding. 30 minute drive to Trenton at the venue. Not bad at all. The space was very relaxing and had great vibes. The host was super cool and we were able to use the kitchen to cook some of our meals. The space has a nice sitting area and large TV for relaxing at the end of a day. Great place way better than a hotel or just getting a room to sleep in. Would stay again here if back in the area. Very happy with our choice. Great people. Excellent experience ”

“We stayed here on a trip to Colorado on the days we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park. Longmont is a short drive from the house (groceries, gym) and the town of Lyons truly has everything you need for a short stay. Host was professional and responsive. Wonderful spot for a getaway! ”

We chose it over a hotel so we could all stay together, and overall we had a wonderful time! The location truly can’t be beat — we were just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shopping, and everything downtown Boulder has to offer.The house itself has a lot of charm. “My husband and I stayed for six nights (1/25-1/30.) The Banyan Inn was very comfortable. Very clean. Nicely decorated. The availability of the garage was a plus given snow/cold weather. The nearby Loveland Sculpture Garden is a treasure. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Hope to come and stay again. Kathy M.”

"Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
