“This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.”

“We visited Ft Collins, golfed at both Loveland courses, traveled to Estes Park, great spot to get to all those locations. The house was good for our size group, kitchen got a bit tight - too many cooks ! ”

“Large and comfortable place to stay while in town helping my daughter with her wedding. Quiet neighborhood and reasonable price made it much more useful for the kids and dog.”

“Location was close to downtown and the house was nice. It is on a busy street. Large backyard with a fire pit and grill. Only issue we ran into was it stared garage parking available on the listing but upon arrival, garage was not available for parking. Would absolutely stay again as communication with host and check in was easy and great! ”
