“Love this property for location to Hwy 36 and Big Thompson River. However, it only has two handicap parking spaces and instead converted 5-6 upfront spaces to reserved for Tesla Electric Charging Spaces, only one of which was sometimes in use during our stay. Need to add handicap spaces near entrance. ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.

“I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often.
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well.

“Gem! Food truck on site that does breakfast all day opening at 8am closing around 9pm. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchenette with everything you need: can opener, cereal bowls, utensils, full size coffee pot, mugs, everything! This place is great!”
“The gal that checked us in was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! All other staff was friendly and helpful! My kiddos enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool is small but they still had fun.”
