“This is a great place! Great location. Easy to get to everything. We were there to visit our daughter at Naropa, also we are training for a triathlon. University Cycles is right around the corner, we had good bikes to ride for the week. Great riding and cycling all around. “This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and a short drive from down-town Boulder. The lay out is great - with a bed room on each floor so there is privacy, comfortable sitting area and well equipped for cooking. “We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!”

“We loved this downtown loft! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with it and could have stayed longer. In fact, we’re planning on returning this summer for a trip to RMNP, which is less than an hour away. Estes Park is also close. Downtown Loveland has so many good restaurants and other places to explore. The property itself was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the massage chair!”
