“Beautiful resort loved by our family! Very relaxing but also with lots to do. Staff is friendly, service is good, food is decent although there is only one main restaurant. We loved our time there and will want to come back! ”

“This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had a superior suite which had a balcony straight out into the pool and a view of the ocean and beach. Food and drink were available at an on site restaurant or as room service and very reasonably priced. There was also a few restaurants nearby and a handy 7-eleven”

“Very nice suite and good experience. But the only weakness is the breakfast, not enough choices of food and so so quality. The hotel is located next to the main road, so it is quite noisy during bed time. Pls do bring the ear plugs with you. ”

“I live the area it’s close to the airport and all the other attractions on the island are a motor scooter away . The each here is very nice with plenty to do at night all in waking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again .”

“This is my fifth stay, my decision speaks for itself. I received a warm welcome as always. The experience this time is again absolutely flawless in all aspects, including catering, accommodation, housekeeping, facilities, staff etc. What attracted me the most is the seclusion and tranquility of the sandy beach right at the front of the Resort, where you could spend the whole day in a hassle-free style. For food, easy to find outside of the Resort as there are s couple of restaurants on the main……

“作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。”

“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……
