“作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。”

“Swimming pool is the biggest and nicest one within the Area (the one hour walking distance along the beach). Unfortunately the weather is not nice in December. Room is really small as expected. No.1 choice in the area for those who want to do a serious swim! ”

“It’s a really quiet place to lived in. The reception is very good in many’s to result your problems. It very close to the main waking street, diners, tough place,and night clubs. If you want some peace in mind, here is the place you want to stay in. By renting bike,you can go any beach you want.”

“酒店位於查文海攤旁, 對面有小販, 附近有很多餐廰, 步行至大型購物中心Central Festival 也只需十分鐘。 酒店前的沙灘很細,並不適合游泳。酒店設備不算豪華,房間也不大, 但服務很好,價錢也合理。最大缺点是浴室內有很多螞蟻。”

“Near Beach and swimming pool, Good Breakfast and Service. Every room has place for hanging our wet clothes. They even offered us a free shower room after check out so that we can still enjoy the beach. The Thai Massage by Beach is Excellent!! Lamai Beach is less crowed as Chaweng. I found this place relaxing.”

The experience this time is again absolutely flawless in all aspects, including catering, accommodation, housekeeping, facilities, staff etc. What attracted me the most is the seclusion and tranquility of the sandy beach right at the front of the Resort, where you could spend the whole day in a hassle-free style. For food, easy to find outside of the Resort as there are s couple of restaurants on the main……
