“這次在phangan6星期的旅程，是沒有預任何酒店，在haad Yao 海灘附近隨便訂了兩間比haad Yao bay view 貴一點的酒店，服務好，但房間不太清潔床上還有頭髮，最後嘗試入住haad Yao bay view, 一住就住了5星期，價錢平便，服務親切，每天都把房間清潔得乾乾淨淨，走幾步就到沙灘，附近有兩超級市場非常方便，如果由酒店到巿集只需20分鐘車程，酒店亦有租電單車服務，面向沙灘，風景一流，亦定時有殺蟲，絕對一流，相比起這小島其他酒店同等價錢絕對不會失望，一定會再到，值得推介。”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is lovely, especially the pool and restaurant with a great view. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Prices aren’t cheap but quality and quantity of food portions is excellent. Shower was the only major flaw, shower head was broken and only worked at chin level, and I’m not a tall woman! Otherwise, great experience. I would recommend and stay again. ”

“飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。”

“首先，这个价格肯定是超值的！房间采光很好，很干净，spa浴缸很不错，而且洗浴间一点味道没有。酒店内部园林建的也很不错。泳池适中，而且以不同的深度分了区域，很合理。早餐也不错。美中不足地方稍偏，别墅之间稍微离的有点近，还有就是私人泳池边休息的地方稍显局促。总体很棒！”

“The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is not up to 5 star standards, and the choice are very limited. The beach are so beautiful and generally the facilities are good, yet the kids club closed at 6pm is not convenient to family with kids. Staff at the front desk are very nice, however staffs working in F&B outlets are impolitely or even no greetings to guest, they don’t even look at you when they talk to you. They should have more training.”
