“平時去幾多旅行好少經歷到咁不快亦都第一次寫評價有需要話俾將會消費者知道 14/4 check in front desk安排員工帶我同男友到房行左段路上層housekeeper嗌話未執好問個員工點解佢答「唔知」仲叫我地周圍行10分鐘大熱天時拎住個大背包同袋喎⋯ 10分鐘之後返lobby 見到幾個員工傾偈我問有冇其他房話其他房要等更耐唔專業態度欠佳基本既front desk,housekeeping既management同溝通都無 Manager出黎say sorry 我男友識泰文知佢地講咩從對話中講到我地吹佢地快d咁入到房 wifi用唔到有個插電位有問題電視有雪花 engineerer黎整都係整唔到房冇牙刷打去話11:xx pm housekeep部門closed 早餐選擇唔多味道一般如果住呢度一d都唔值普通酒店都好過呢間好多 14/4 checked in A staff escorted my BF n me to room. “We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. We can opt to take the kayak and standing paddle board out to the sea, which was a lot of fun. The resort is tucked away from the main road and very quiet and tranquil. The resort was around 10 min's walk from the Fisherman……

“Amazing stay! - We loved every minute of our stay at Elephant Beach Club & Resort, the only regret we had is we didn't stay longer! - The location was right on the strip, but not noisy at all! The staff were very friendly, and cared about all their guests, the food and drink options were brilliant. The views and the access to the beach was a bonus, it was incredible and I cannot wait to come back!”

“Swimming pool is the biggest and nicest one within the Area (the one hour walking distance along the beach). Unfortunately the weather is not nice in December. Room is really small as expected. No.1 choice in the area for those who want to do a serious swim! ”

“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……
