“I was skeptical at first with all the negative reviews but honestly this place was great for what we needed if for. Went to a concert at Soaring Eagle, room was clean, staff was friendly at check in. Place is a little older with some signs of wear and tear but overall it was great for the night.”

“It is a wonderful place. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts are very special people. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. They are so accommodating. ”

“Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted……

“Very nice place. We weren’t there much as we were visiting our son on Crooked Lake . Two minor things that we didn’t mention on our critique sheet were that 1. Needs Kleenex in each bathroom 2. When we are paying this much for the use of your VRBO we didn’t think we should have to wash the dishes. No one could tell, then, if they were properly cleaned! Beds were great and living room was perfect! ”
