“On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above”

“The staff was extremely helpful. We were first booked at GuestLodge, but realized it would be hard for my elderly mother to get to the second floor, which is the only room they had. They allowed us to take the last ground floor room at Travelodge, their sister site down the street. We greatly appreciated the accommodations.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed which is wonderful. Best view on the Cape. Very close to Head of the Meadow or in the other direction the Province Lands. The natural seashore beaches are beautiful. The breakfast is very simple but is a nice extra. “Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) ”
