“It is a great, friendly place to stay. Breakfasts were good for starting a day of Cape Cod exploration. Close to Provincetown, lighthouses, trails and beaches. Staff is very friendly. Facilities are perfectly fine but may need an upgrade soon. ”

“Place is beautifully remodeled with a great patio area with comfortable seating. Very quiet area, with a beautiful view from room. Firepits (gas) automatically on until 10pm. Great heated pool. Bikes for free use at front desk if you would prefer not to deal with having to park. Hot shower with plenty of water pressure and beautiful tile and vessel sink. “We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!”
