“I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help……

“A balcony that overlooks the Bay? Check! Breakfast options that aren't all carbs? Check! (Scrambled eggs or omelets with sausage links or Canadian ham were among the options). Are you able to "splurge" on waffles without eating a GIANT one? Check! (makes four adorable mini waffles!) Large King size room with sofa and desk. Honestly this hotel was wonderful from the service to the ULTRA clean dining area. Free coffee and water available, just a great experience.”

“Only Stayed for 1 night. The rooms were nice and comfortable.The only complaint I have there were people talking and laughing really loud right outside our window really late at night, before midnight through after midnight so I was not able to get to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. I didn't complain to the staff. Maybe if I had they may have politely said something to them and they may have been more mindful. Other than that our overnight stay was nice. They had an awesome breakfast……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a little older, but well maintained and clean. The location is as good as it gets on Chincoteague: we could walk downtown, and it was easy to drive into and out of. The staff was the best part though. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home and took great care of us. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we get out to Chincoteague!”
