“We had a lovely short visit staying in the Pineapple room. The pictures on Expedia don't do the place justice. The house is much more beautiful in person. The owners are welcoming and gracious. Once you walk through the front door, it's like being transported to the past. It's quiet and comfortable with rooms steeped history. A great place to relax over tea while reading a book. “The first staff member I met in the morning (April) was very friendly and eager to help. The staff member I met upon my return that evening I believe was Amanda or Amber maybe not but although she was busy was apologetic and also friendly and eager to assist. The rooms were clean and accommodating, had everything that I needed. Pool was open until 10pm which is nice as it's usually late when we return to the hotel from our day. There were also cookies in the lobby that evening which saved me……
