“ The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest...”

“I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. “Air conditioning unit was very loud and woke me up every time it kicked on through the night. Breakfast not very appealing- didn’t eat. Bananas all brown. ”

“Hampton inn has got much better with larger rooms, king size beds and plenty of counter space. The dark roast coffee was the best we’ve had in a while and even offered hazelnut and French vanilla. They also provided 2 bottles of water which is new. There was a woman who yelled at the manager on duty which I didn’t think he deserved it. She probably had a bad day and took it on him. The shower is great. We would stay here anytime. ”
