“I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help……

“Hampton inn has got much better with larger rooms, king size beds and plenty of counter space. The dark roast coffee was the best we’ve had in a while and even offered hazelnut and French vanilla. They also provided 2 bottles of water which is new. There was a woman who yelled at the manager on duty which I didn’t think he deserved it. She probably had a bad day and took it on him. The shower is great. We would stay here anytime. ”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking area was close to the rooms. However, the general public races through the parking lot making it difficult to park. The birds relieve themselves and no one is cleaning the area so you have to dodge big bird droppings. The rooms and inside of the hotel were sufficient and comfortable. I was generally pleased. And I will return ”

“Property was exactly as depicted online. Spacious and immaculate in appearance. Arrival instructions received within 24 hours and upon entering property house rules and wifi access readily avaiable. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and huge backyard. Easy access to Route 50 to Ocean City and close to the park and Wivomi o Civic Center. Departure instructions were clear and appropriate. The Taggerts were so wonderfully accomodating. I would not hesitate to check for availability……
