“The electricity was off because of a storm when we arrived. The hotel offered to reimburse our $$ but we had no where else to stay. So we used our flashlights and went to our room. The electricity came on about midnight. The next day I asked if they could comp our night because of the power outage but the said is was beyond their control so couldn’t refund our money. It would have been nice to have received a refund. But otherwise the stay was fine. ”

“It was lovely. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They took time to talk to us and make sure our rooms were to our liking. They also told us about area restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed or stay. ”

The bathroom was clean but older but looked spectacular! I’m actually thinking about taking my wife and us do so exploring in the area ! “Maintenance on the outside of the building is lacking. For example, there was peeling paint on the outside door of some of the rooms. The motel sign was torn-up, but that may have been due to a recent windstorm. The lobby was not open, so you pay through a window, which always suggests crime issues in the neighborhood. But the people were pleasant and took care of the business transaction with a smile. The inside of the room was clean and pleasant. Beds were firm. No issues with noise. ……
