“My husband and I had short but lovely stay at this property. It's tucked away in a quiet, peaceful are yet still conveniently close to town, making it the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Definitely check out the back yard and river. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Andy, the host, was very responsive and helpful. He answered all our questions and concerns promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again and recommend……

“Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! ”

“Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly……

“This unique property was perfectly transformed into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The Sinclair included everything we needed, from extra towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen including even coffee filters, cooking oil, and a few spices. We loved the period decor--Sinclair-themed art, an old jukebox, even the little dinosaur. Even though there are tons of windows, the place is perfectly private, with mirrored glass on the outside and blackout shades on the inside. AC worked great during……
