“Great neighborhood and lots of beds but for sure dirty and run down. Great for college kids but for people looking for nicer accommodations: not great. Too many rules about trash (I had to take mine out in my car out of fear of fees) the heater was disconnected and we had to get a repair person out at 9pm. Lots dirty fixtures and walls, and a large fridge in the kitchen that was one of two, disconnected and smelly. The back yard has just a big rusting barrel filled with standing water. We had to……
