“PRO. Everything above our expectations. The most shocking part was that all the devices and amenities actually worked! Especially the A/C unit and thermostat. This is a standard frustration for us, yet theirs worked just right. CON. Bed top hard but mattress under that too soft. Odd combo. Room darkening decent, but could be better at window and door to hall.”

“What a pleasant surprise! They've preserved the exterior look of a times gone by roadside motel. The room was recently renovated, clean and nicely decorated. Some thought went into making sure that everything was provided. Large room with enough space for the two twin beds and a sofa. Convenient place to stay away from the more expensive beach area of Cocoa Beach. Staff was super friendly and called to make sure we would be welcomed on arrival.”

“The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.”

“Loved the property. Was amazed there was another bedroom in the back with with 2 queen beds n bunkbeds. Loved how private it was because of the high fence. ”

“The house was lovely. It seemed like they planned for everything we mighty need. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the comfortable sitting area more than once. My granddaughter's loved the play house and little kitchen area. I enjoyed reading my book on the upstairs deck with comfort furniture. The swimming pool was clean and well kept. The children's book shelve was great! ”
