“I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help……

“Only Stayed for 1 night. The rooms were nice and comfortable.The only complaint I have there were people talking and laughing really loud right outside our window really late at night, before midnight through after midnight so I was not able to get to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. I didn't complain to the staff. Maybe if I had they may have politely said something to them and they may have been more mindful. Other than that our overnight stay was nice. They had an awesome breakfast……

“They are remodeling but the pool is open; their breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and juice; the rooms were new looking, nicely decorated, and clean. Only con was people are smoking cigs and mj in the rooms. We had a plug-in. The front desk staff was super nice. ”

“Air conditioning unit was very loud and woke me up every time it kicked on through the night. Breakfast not very appealing- didn’t eat. Bananas all brown. ”
